A quick word…
I was really never interested in getting into politics until our La Verne Mayor Tim Hepburn sent out a quick video about a proposed 5 story 54 unit residential unit at 740 Foothill Blvd, San Dimas, CA (within Los Angeles County Unincorporated) right across the street without notifying our community. After reviewing information made available by our local officials, I found out our government and legislators on the democratic side going all the way up to “the hill” wrote legislation that is still spending our tax payer dollars utilizing COVID emergency acts. Myself and others in my community feel it’s “rotten to the core” to allow such companies as National CORE, free reign to purchase property with our tax dollars, and make an very good income off stuffing a bunch of individuals into small units.
